She Will Rise
“Every investment that empowers a woman sparks a ripple effect that influences not only her life, but the lives of her family and community, too”
Gender equality is a basic human right, and it is also fundamental to have a peaceful, prosperous world. But girls and women continue to face significant challenges all around the world. Women are typically underrepresented in power and decision-making roles. They receive unequal pay for equal work, and they often face legal and other barriers that affect their opportunities at work. And because of that, we should pay attention to empowering women.
Women's empowerment includes promoting women's self-esteem, ability to make their own decisions, and right to influence societal change for themselves and others. They deserve to be empowered not only because women are humans with equal rights but also because investing in and developing women opens a torrent of potential for the whole world. Women's empowerment is essential for the health and socio-economic development of families, communities, and countries. They can also assist power sustainable economies while also benefiting society and mankind as a whole.
Furthermore, the current COVID-19 crisis deeply impacts
women, men, girls, boys, and other genders differently. Women have faced
several challenges since covid-19 emerged in the country, but they have not
given up. During the crisis, they showcase different characteristics as an
empowered woman during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Women have also suffered as a
result of the pandemic's consequences, but they continue to fight for a better
future. And they unleash their power and abilities to claim their dreams and
goals.
They have charm, wit, strength, and power beyond what they think they’re capable of. They also have the knowledge and resources to learn more, do more, and achieve more. Women have the skills and life experience and that gives them their unique perspective on the world.
Let us all work together to support
and empower women because I think that healthy, educated, and empowered women
and girls are change agents. When women and girls are supported, they have more
opportunities to fight for their rights and their communities.
